Ingredients;
- 1/2 cup of oats flour
- 1/4 cup of rolled oats (but I did it with steel cut oats which wasn't a good choice because this brand needed a long time to cook and had a very nutty and rough texture.)
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 small egg
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1/4 cup of milk
1/2 cup of oats flour

In a separate bowl, put all liquid ingredients together:
1 small egg
1 tbsp of honey
2 tbsp yogurt
1/4 cup of milk
Slowly pour dry ingredients into the liquid mix and stir together until its all incorporated but don't mix it too much.
Add any extras you may want such as chocolate chips or some berries!

Mix together until its all incorporated.
Heat up a non stick pan and put about 2 tbsp of batter, flip both sides till golden brown.
